Prices

All prices on the website are given in GB £ Pounds Sterling. Postage and packing will be added to these charges.

General sales information

When ordering from our website, MyDummy.co.uk will send an e-mail to the buyer, with the agreement between buyer and the company. An invoice with the final agreed upon price is included with the items ordered. This invoice includes any discount that may be given.

Conditions

MyDummy.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for typing errors made by the customer, or for products that are being phased out.

MyDummy.co.uk reserves the right to refuse orders requesting dummies with text that contains inappropriate language for baby products.

Payment

We are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your credit card. You will always be able to stop a payment after receiving your bank statement. Should your card be misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system, you will not be liable for any form of self-risk.

The data you send in connection with a purchase by use of a credit card is encrypted (SSL), so that only the safe and secure payment gateway can read it. Neither MyDummy.co.uk or any other persons are able to read this data.

The credit card charge takes place when MyDummy.co.uk ships your order. The amount you confirmed at the time of purchase is the maximum amount that you will pay.

Delivery

MyDummy.co.uk uses Danish Post for all shipments. The delivery time is 3-7 working days (Mon-Fri). We ship from Denmark.

There may be a longer delivery time to countries outside the EU.

Occasionally, the custom in the recipient country can prolong the delivery time a few days. There may be a charge from the local customs, if you order from a country outside the EU (ex. Israel). It depends on the invoice amount.

Delivery costs are based on the Post Office's current postal rates, plus a small sum to cover packaging and handling.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

0-49g: 3,95 £

50-99g: 3,95 £

100-249g: 3,95 £

250-499: 4,95 £

500-999g: 4,95 £

1000-1999g: 4,95 £

We cannot be held responsible for items that are sold out by our suppliers or that require extended delivery schedules. We make every effort to fill orders immediately.

If you order multiple products at the same time from MyDummy.co.uk, the weight of the products will be calculated and delivery charges will be calculated accordingly. Delivery time refers to the number of days that pass before MyDummy.co.uk ships the ordered items. In the event of substantially extended delivery times, you will be immediately informed and given the opportunity to cancel or alter your order.

Returns

All items have a 14-day right of return that is calculated from the day they are received. Should you change your mind about a purchase, simply return all the items ordered to the address below. The products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Used products cannot be returned. Any right of return is void if you use the product in such a way that lessens the sales value of the product.

If you have bought products via our Internet shop, you will as a rule have the right to return your purchase. You should simply return the product to us within 14 days of receiving it. You can return a product by sending it to the following address:

In the event of returning a purchase, the price of the purchase will be credited to the account that was registered in connection with your purchase. Credit will be given as quickly as possible, after we have received the returned product(s) provided that they meet the conditions for right of return. Buyers are responsible for postal charges to return items.

When returning, please use a CN22 form from the post/RoyalPost. Without CN22, you risk being charged for customs afterwards.

IMPORTANT! No right of return is provided for products that must be produced or adapted to individual requirements, as long as production or adaptation has already begun. However, this is only the case when you have already agreed to MyDummy.co.uk beginning production or adaptation within the timeframe of your right to return. By accepting the conditions of purchase associated with the order of a product, you also accept that production of that product can begin within the timeframe of your right of return.

Warranty

There is a two-year warranty provided in accordance with standard consumer law, which covers fabrication and material defects that are ascertained during normal use of the product. Damage to the product resulting from incorrect use, mistreatment, modifications or gross misuse by the user, are not covered by the warranty. MyDummy.co.uk must be informed of defects that should be determined by a customary inspection of the product within a reasonable timeframe, if the product is to be replaced. Thereafter, the product can be returned for repair, to be replaced or, if agreed to, to be credited. In the case of replacement of a faulty product, MyDummy.co.uk will pay associated shipping costs, as long as these are reasonable. Please write "REPLACEMENT" clearly on the envelope.

While not a requirement, handling is easier if all relevant information is included with the returned package; for example, a copy of the order confirmation, invoice or a copy of any previous correspondence, etc.

When you place an order with MyDummy.co.uk, you provide us with your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, so that we can send your products to you. All of the personal details that we register are strictly confidential. They will not be sold or shared with others.
