As it is only allowed to debit the amount given at the time of placing the order, we cannot add any more products to your order. So if more items are required, you will have to place a new order.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation when I ordered?
This is highly unusual as an order confirmation is sent out automatically at the time of placing the order. If you have not received an order confirmation, there can be a couple of reasons for this: you have either given the wrong email address or, if you use webmail (hotmail, yahoo, etc.) your mailbox could be too full to receive any mails.

How do I change my personal data?
Next time you place an order, you just type in your new personal data which will automatically be saved in our system.

Will the name come off the dummy when I boil / sterilise it?
The name cannot be worn off by normal use. The method which is used to write on the dummy does not come off by boiling, sterilisation or normal use.

Is natural rubber and latex the same?
Yes, it is the same. Latex is technically referred to as natural rubber latex

Why is the latex nipple part of my dummy bigger on a used dummy than on a new one?
Latex is a natural material which changes according to outside circumstances. When the dummy has been used for a longer period of time, the latex softens due to heat and the more porous the rubber is the more liquid it absorbs and the nipple part expands. That is why the nipple part is bigger on a dummy that has been used than on a new one.

Should I choose latex or silicone for my child?
It is a matter of preference whether you choose silicone or latex dummies. Silicones are synthetic polymers that are relatively chemically inert, stable at high temperatures, and resist oxidation. Latex should be changed every 4-6 weeks as the nipple part changes colour and starts to swell. In general, silicone can be less resistant towards sharp teeth than latex. Some children bite more on the dummy than others and you should always be aware of this.

How often should I change the dummies?
How long you can use a dummy depends on different things: if the child is using various dummies at the same time, how intensively and how often the child uses the dummies, etc. It is recommended that you change dummies every 4-6 weeks, and it is very important to check the dummies regularly.

Water has entered the teat on the dummy - what do I do?
The hole in the teat allows air to get in and out of the dummy, which prevents malformations of the child's palate, teeth, and jaw as the dummy can apdapt to the child's mouth. There is nothing abnormal about the water getting into the dummy and most of the water can gently be squeezed or shaken out of the dummy again. The air inside the baglet of the dummy makes it dry very quickly. The dummy should not be thrown away when water enters.
